Question To leaf peep in Adirondack Park, how many Scenic ViewPoints can you drive up to?
My octogenarian grandma needs walking aids. She's physically unable to hike or rove. But she still pines to leaf peep — known in Japanese as momijigari (紅葉狩) — while seated in the car. Thus we are thinking of renting a family van, and driving my grandparents into parks with fall foliage. 1. How d...

Question Please temporarily REopen my closed ID questions, just to let me answer? Most of them have been pinpointed.
I hereby swear and affirm — under the pains of moderators — that I shall not post new questions to identify locations of pictures before June 30 2022. I have located most pics in my closed questions. For completeness, please REopen to let me answer them? After ward, you can REclose them. And Wh...

Answer A: Where's this mountain road, in Kumamoto Japan?
Sam Carter answered my question in the comment. This is "Laputa Road (Japanese: ラピュタの道)". Google did not show me that URL. Olin, I forgot about Google Earth. I shall download it.

Question Where's this mountain road, in Kumamoto Japan?
COVID permitting, I want to travel to Japan. I lighted upon the top and bottom picture on reddit.com/r/RoadPorn. 1. Please pinpoint on Google Maps? 2. This road looks too hazardous and narrow for automobiles, because there's no fence! What kind of road is this? Solely for pedestrians? ![](htt...

Answer A: Was this photo taken near the Snaring River in Jasper National Park, Alberta?
This was pictured at Policeman Creek near Canmore AB. For the avoidance of doubt, this picture ISN'T mine. I don't have Instagram so I can't paste the link here. I Googled this. ![](https://i.imgur.com/YOaj2gP.jpg)

Answer A: Is this outdoor fireplace located in the Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club, Wyoming?
This picture appears to be a private home at 2520 Trader Road, Gros Ventre North subdivision, West Gros Ventre Butte. The approximate coordinate is 43.51N, -110.8W. The architect's website has more pictures. I was wrong that this is a golf course.

Question Where can you safely park beside these houses at Kalamalka Lake, BC?
Unquestionably, the top picture below was taken further south than Kalamaka Lakeview Drive Lookout. I spent an hour looking on Google Maps, and the most similar picture is from High Ridge Road. But I see nowhere safe to park! Image alt text Eugen Kedl, Canada in a thousand pictures 1999,...

Question Where can you safely park your vehicle, to behold Saskatchewan Crossing, Alberta?
I refer to just the bottom pic. I see a road on the left, but no parking. How can you safely access this picture's standpoint? Image alt text Eugen Kedl, Canada in a thousand pictures 1999, page 187.

Question Where on Google Maps is this road, amidst trees and a mountain? Range Mountains, Newfoundland.
I forgot to photograph the location printed in the book, but I wrote it down as Range Mountains, Newfoundland. Image alt text Eugen Kedl, Canada in a thousand pictures 1999, page 104.
