  • I refer to just the bottom pic. I see a road on the left, but no parking. Where can you park your vehicle? How can you safely access this standpoint?

I refer to just the bottom pic. I see a road on the left, but no parking. Where  can you park your vehicle? How can you safely access this standpoint?
