Q&A Where can you safely park your vehicle, to behold Saskatchewan Crossing, Alberta?

I refer to just the bottom pic. I see a road on the left, but no parking. How can you safely access this picture's standpoint? Eugen Kedl, Canada in a thousand pictures 1999, page 187.

Q&A Where was this image of Wilcox Pass, Alberta taken?

I scanned pp 60-61 of the 2000 book Canada A Visual Journey by Tanya Lloyd Kyi. p 61 identifies this as "Wilcox Pass", but can somebody please ID this on Google Maps?
