Found in a river in north Georgia USA. What type of rock is this? Found this rock on a river bed in north GA while snorkeling. I can not identify it. It appears to be granite with crystal growing inside. There or deep holes and pockets on bothe sides and rather smooth on the edges. The crystal is a white also.
