Does anyone recognise this knot? I came across this knot when it was used to tie a guy wire to a newly purchased light weight tent. I am reasonably knot savvy but have never come across it. It forms a non-slip loop when pulled up tight and is easy to tie. (more) |

A: Will I be warmer in my sleeping bag inside or outside of my tent, when winter camping? I regularly camp in a tent with temps down to about 0 degrees C. I have a temperature sensor in my tent and one outside. The tent on average is about 2 degrees C higher. I hope that helps. (more) |
