Michigan Upper Peninsula Hiking - Long Trail

+0
−0

I am trying to find a long trail in Michigan's upper peninsula for myself and 3 friends to hike.

We plan on hiking for 7-9 days, and cannot seem to find a trail that is long enough to accommodate that.

SO, what are some hiking trails in the UP long enough to travel on for a minimum of 7 days?

If you do want to stay in the Michigan area, you might want to check out the North Country Trail . As a disclaimer, I've never done any of the sections in Michigan, but I the section I hiked in Pennsylvania/New York was really nice. There are thousands of miles in the trail, so you can't really get bored. There are some sections that are connected by roads and bridges, however, so keep that in mind.
