I'm having some trouble with my Gri-gri. It seems to keep "jamming" when feeding out rope. It's causing me so much trouble I've basically stopped using it and gone back to a good old fashined belay...

It's causing me so much trouble I've basically stopped using it and gone back to a good old fashined belay plate. </p> <p>I'm totally unsure what I'm doing wrong, any thoughts?</p> <p>I do wonder if it's my rope, it's relatively thick 10.5mm. Could this be the problem?</p>
