I am planning on doing a around 2 week hike and bring all food with me. I would walk around 25-30 km a day. To major constraints here are the weight and cost of the food. I have made the following plan for one days food:

(Product, weight, kcal)

Rice, 500g, 1760

Soy granules, 250g, 675

Chocolate, 50g, 275

Raisins, 150g, 500

Nuts, 150g, 905

Also: - Seasoning - Vitamins, other supplements - Coffee

This adds up to around 4100 kcal per day and 1.1 kg. For a two week hike around 16 kg. I will be able to resupply water often during the hike.

Do you have any opinions on this meal plan and how would you change it?
