I have a standard 2 1/2 lb jar of peanut butter and I have one same size container of PB2 powdered peanut butter.

- Bulk
  - Powdered Peanut Butter takes 3 times as much space as regular for the same amount of calories.
- Weight
  - Powdered Peanut Butter
    - 131 Calories per Ounce
    - 4.6 Calories per Gram
  - Regular Peanut Butter
    - 158 Calories per Ounce
    - 5.5 Calories per Gram

So from a weight or size perspective, regular peanut butter is much more efficient. Powdered peanut butter also has much less fat, which is probably why it has fewer calories per oz.
