In other words, it appears that these questions are getting bumped deliberately. That's really bad. Worse yet, it appear that <b>you</b> are doing the gratuitous bumping.
- I say "appears", because it is uncertain why they are really getting bumped. As an ordinary user, I can't see the reason for sure. I want to leave room for those with more ability to explain for sure, and not accuse someone of doing bad things without solid evidence. Once we know what exactly is going on, we should have a community discussion about what <i>should</i> be going on.
