There are two free sites I have found. 1. https://touchterrain.geol.iastate.edu/ Easy to use, will cut the box into tiles if you want to do the print in sections, lets you set how big your print bed is. 2. http://jthatch.com/Terrain2STL/ Simpler, with less settings but definately not as nice to use as the first. 3. https://terrainator.com/ One more site that I haven't used as it's not free.
