Moderator tags appear to be messed up on Outdoors

Looking at posts tagged [status-completed], or the tags list for the category, it becomes evident that the [status-completed] tag isn't showing up formatted as a moderator tag and the other status tags don't exist:
This is as opposed to the tags lists of other communities, which do show all the status tags and they're all red (including the status-completed one).

Fixed for the tags already existing. Someone needs to create all other tags just once (and can delete from post immediately afterwards) so that I can mark them as required/mod tags too.
