What is the best method for storing a 'pre-mixed baking mix' in a camper for long periods?
I have a camping trailer that we keep stocked with food and beverages. When we head out on an impulse trip, it stocked and ready to go. Most of the supplies are canned or dried, so we don't need to worry about spoilage. Bread does not do well in the camper for long periods. I have purchased [Bisquick](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bisquick) to keep in the camper for making flat bread. My question is how to store it in the camper. It comes in a multiple use box/bag and keeping a partially used open package in the camper, does not seem like a good idea. I am thinking maybe loading sandwich bags with the dry product in 1 or 2 cup single serving size bags, and then put those bags in resealable glass container. What is the best method for storing a 'pre-mixed baking mix' in a camper for long periods?
