Where are these waterfront houses in Shelton, Connecticut?

After some research, I found out that this is located in Shelton, Connecticut

See RJFerret's comment. This pictures a private community called "The Maples". Google wrongly labels it Indian Well Road.

This picture was taken from Osbornedale State Park across the Housatonic, of the middle houses. RJFerret matched the house shapes/dock in an aerial view and confirmed via Streetview. This is unusual, as Google doesn't usually illegally trespass for Street View.
